WORKSHOP 'GOALS AND CHOICES'
|
REACHING GOALS MEANS HAVING TO MAKE CHOICES.
MAKING CHOICES MEANS BEING ABLE TO LET GO OF THINGS.
LETTING GO OF THINGS MEANS SAYING GOODBYE TO WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE GOING TO MISS.

Goals
You often do know what you want for example a desire situation or to reach a certain goal, but you just don’t seem to be able to manage it. ‘Something’ seems to be standing between you and your goal and makes your goal out of reach. If you could find out what that ‘something’ is, then your goal would be a lot closer, possibly only a few steps away…
Examples of goals:
- I want to have more confidence.
- I would like to feel good about myself again.
- I want to have my own business.
- I would like to kick that nasty habit.
- I would like to be free of my busy bodying mother.
The list is endless.
Choices
Making choices is often not easy. Your feelings tell you one thing and your mind another. Or you have too many options or too much depends on it. Some choices are difficult because people are (subconsciously) convinced they are going to miss something when they choose one thing over another. In this case choosing becomes easier if you know what you think you are going to miss and are able to let go of it.
Examples of choices:
I have several options but what is it that I really want?
Do I start my own business or do I look for another job?
Do I stay in this relationship or do I continue on my own?
I want to do a course but am not sure in what.
The list is endless.
Of course all kinds of questions concerning choices and goals can serve as input.
The workshop itself
An interactive, insight giving and intense workshop for people who momentarily are having difficulty to make a choice and/to reach a particular goal. The method used is highly effective and in a short time span amazing results can be reached. Experience shows a few questions can be worked on together, but every participant takes something away from the workshop that will help her or him further with his own choice or goal. During the day we will work in small groups and this gives you the opportunity to put your own question forward.
Duration: 9.30 - 16.30
For dates and to enlist see calender.
Note! For those who want to make a certain choice and/or want to reach a particular goal, but prefer not to do this during a workshop, there is the possibility to do this more extensively during a individual session.
